Jeffrey (Jeff) is a Director in Pine Hill Group’s SEC and Financial Reporting practice. He is a seasoned professional whose expertise particularly in the Financial Services and Manufacturing sectors make him a profound resource to public and private clients, regardless of their size. In addition to a wealth of SEC and financial reporting experience, Jeff possesses an extensive knowledge of financial institutions and mortgage banking, including securitizations, variable interest entities, capital market transactions and loan collateral reviews.
Prior to joining the Pine Hill Group, Jeffrey’s professional career included years in public accounting working at top-tier public accounting firms including ParenteBeard, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and BDO Seidman. Specifically, his responsibilities included financial statement review, consultation on complex accounting and reporting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, mortgage banking activities and SEC reporting requirements. Jeff most recently was a Corporate Accounting Policy Manager at Ally Financial Inc., formerly GMAC, where he was responsible for providing appropriate technical accounting support over complex transactions and assisting with key finance initiatives across Ally. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and a Masters Degree in Financial Services from the Saint Joseph’s University Graduate School of Business.
