Director
Matthew (Matt) works as a Director in Pine Hill Group’s Private Equity and M&A Services practice where he provides merger and acquisition advisory services to clients throughout the entire deal continuum. In this role, Matt focuses on providing both pre-acquisition diligence services and post-closing integration services to Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies. Matt also provides sell-side due diligence services to middle and lower-middle market firms that are exploring various divestiture options.
Immediately prior to joining Pine Hill, Matt spent seven years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Director in the Transaction Services practice where he assisted clients in various phases of the acquisition and divestiture processes, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, structuring, financings, integration and transaction negotiation in a wide variety of industries. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant, a Level 3 Chartered Financial Analyst Candidate, and an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth – Philadelphia.
