When Bob Levine, the founder of L2 Capital Partners, was assembling his deal team for his firms’ first deal, he turned to Pine Hill Group for Private Equity Services for both financial due diligence as well as post-closing integration/transition services. Our experts ensured that L2 Capital Partners received financial due diligence services in support of L2’s valuation model and investment thesis as well as to assist with Lender underwriting. When the deal was complete, PHG leveraged knowledge gained to design and implement an integration plan that ensured a seamless transition. Today, target has a fully-functioning finance and accounting function that meets (and exceeds) the needs of its various stakeholders (L2 Capital, its Lender, Board of Directors and management team). Additionally, the management team has a complete suite of business intelligence tools from which to track weekly performance, make decisions and manage cash flow.
